My Razer Ornata V2 numpad actin up

Hi I have a Razer Ornata V2 and it’s started adding extra letters and numbers when I type letters, this started when I was cleaning and accidentally just put my entire hand on the numpad as I lost balance and now my keyboard types like this, firstly the alphabet : FR4 AQ BH C DE3 DE3 FR4 GT5 HY IK8 JU7 IKLOKMNLO9AQSW2GT5JU7GVSW2DXHY6SZ

And the enter key gives a hashtag, some of the keys are basically clicking all the keys above the key I’m pressing for some reason and then some have no rhyme or reason. i've uninstalled from device manager and checked synapse settings , i have no macros, any help is appreciated

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can try reinstalling its drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V2 and select Uninstall device.

5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

 

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Ornata V2 so I can look for other workarounds.
