My Razer Pro Click suddenly won't work

    Does the mouse at least appear on the Device Manager on wired mode, and do you get the same results on wireless and BT mode? In any case, please send me the serial number, so I can verify the warranty status and look into possible firmware solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
