My Razer products are no longer being detected by Synapse 3

Quite some time ago, I bought a Cynosa Chroma, DeathAdder Elite, and Naga Trinity, and set them all up with Synapse and they worked great. But after purchasing a Kraken Ultimate, I ended up having to do a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse because the audio settings weren't applying. Now after doing this, the only device detected by Synapse is the Kraken, which works perfectly fine, audio, colors, everything, but it doesn't even detect the other products anymore, they plug in and work on the computer, but I cannot set macros or colors on them because Synapse doesn't recognize them. It's been this way for two weeks and I've tried everything I could think of to make them work again, any help would be appreciated.
