A few months ago, the sound starts distorting in OBS (I use Razer Ripsaw for streaming). I downloaded Spatial Audio which solved the problem. However, after reinstalling Windows, the distorted sound error reappeared. This time I loaded the Spatial driver in vain, the trial period has expired, so the sound is constantly distorted.
Why pay extra $ 20 for a spatial driver without which I can’t use the product I purchased as intended? What is the guarantee that if I buy the driver the sound will be good again? But my question is also why I have to pay $ 20 for a driver, which would in principle be just a smooth upgrade. I use several Razer tools, so it’s a little weird and unacceptable for me to have to upgrade a product I bought to use it again for money.
