My Razer Seiren Elite has a problem.
My microphone Seiren Elite do not enable.
It doesn't have green effect on microphone button and doesn't connect with my pc razer synape3 but it work with have red color effect when i crap my hand is near microphone

RedDeviltoolspulse191Try to reinstall its driver and make sure the cable is securely connected to the microphone. Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware issue. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check the warranty status of your device. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
