My Razer Seiren X picks up a lot of background noise

So as the title says, my microphone is picking up a lot of background noise and I don't know how to remove it. I bought a windscreen for it (the foam that goes on the microphone), but it has not helped a lot. I have reduced its volume to the minimum but is still able to pick up a lot of background noise. This noise can easily be heard. Is there anyway to fix this?

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Seiren X mic sensitivity concern here. Please check the following and see if it helps:
    • Ensure that your microphone is positioned close to your mouth; lower the gain on your microphone.
    • Ensure that no fan or air-conditioning unit blowing directly onto your Razer Seirēn X.
    • Broadcasting software like OBS comes equipped with plugins that can assist in the reduction of background noise.

    I have used several plugins in slobs to reduce this, noise suppression and noise gates. But the microphone itself is still the same.
