My Razer speakers don't work.

I kept these speakers because they were a gift and I did not want to piss off the giver. I am not a gamer. I do not need anything this sophisticated. I just listen to music and news. These speakers have been a constant problem with all the updates. I have an HP Win 7 PC. They go back in the box and somewhere in the closet tonight. I will NEVER recommend a Razer product to anyone. (I doubt if anyone will ask my about Razer products. They suck.) I probably should not start this thread, but I do not want to lie to the giver and say I did not try the support feature.

Which speakers are you referring to, and do you mind giving us more details about the issues you've encountered so far?
