i have razer synaps for a good time now(sone years) had some ups and down with the program...
i now have it working my razer huntsman keyboard… my razer mouse naga… my razer nommo chorma speakers… and my razer nari ultimate…
now i also bought the razer strider chroma mousemat and now the shit is starting….
everything works fine untill i switch my razer nari on, the moment the headset turns on and connects to razer synaps… my razer strider chroma drops out… all rgb stops and i can do whatever i want in synaps…. switch profiles, switch colors, switchs different lightning effects... the mousemat won't turn back on untill i poweroff my nari headset…
i expect from a company like razer when you sell a mousemat for 180euro… that i works PREFECTLY !
yes i uninstalled razer already and reinstalled it etc… the moment i turn my headset on the rgb on the mousemat is gone.
plz provide more info or a solution

Are you connecting the device to your PC directly or a USB hub? Try plugging the device into another USB port or PC and see if the issue persists. Let me know how it went.
mousemat and nari are in the back of the pc in the motherboard i tryed already to switching them up…
i tryed all base stuff… reinstall… pull it out… try other usb port etc...
when i close synaps my mousemat pops back on… but in rgb rainbow, not my profile color same for all other razer things i have they start going into rgb rainbow
the moment i start synaps and put the headset on poof mousemat rgb is gone.
so it's not hardware else when i close synaps it would still be off…

Thanks for letting me know. Please remove all Razer-related files from your PC using the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer, and install all supplemental updates. Let me know how it went.

no… and no further response from razer aswell…
i would be ashamed as a company selling a mousematt for 160 euro and it doesn't even work with the given softwear...

Same problem here. They prob hire 5 year olds for supports. He stopped replying when he couldnt solve the issue ><
