So basically my scroll wheel on my thresher ultimate isn’t working I’ve only had it for 6 months so October 2020 and it will not let me change volume it was working fine 2 days ago and then today it wouldn’t I can’t change my volume it’s stuck unless I go to setting in ps4 but it’s still not at max is stuck about 1/3 and I can’t hear much out of it Idk weather I should call razer and ask for a new one or try to fix it my self as I have used it for probably less then 4 months I have tried to search it up but razer support aren’t helping
