Buenas tardes, llevo con mi mouse razer ultimate menos de 1 año y no me carga en el dock, lo tengo que usar con cable y eso no es lo necesito para este mouse. Por favor, alguien puede ayudarme a solucionar este problema

What is the LED status showing on the dock? Does your mouse still turn on? If you attempt to charge your mouse, does it show that it’s charging or is the % stuck? Please do the steps from this article to isolate the problem. If issue persisit, PM me you mouse serial number so I can verify its model and check for avaialble firmware update. Thank you!
