My razer viper mouse keeps dissconecting and reconnecting

My mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting at first it was working properly but after 3 weeks it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

even tho i turned power savings off and i updated my razer synapse to the latest version

Currently in the same boat.. Nothing has worked so far.
Using a Basilisk x Hyperspeed that disconect and then immediately reconect and does this about every 3 seconds
