I got my razer viper ultimate second handed, the wireless receiver doesnt connect with the mouse. I tried everything to fix nothing worked. It registers the dongle and the mouse separately. Also the receiver shows it need an update but every time it gets stuck on 40% and crashes.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
