My Razer Viper Ultimate randomly stops working

Hi I recently purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate and have had it for less then a day. The first day I had it, it randomly stopped working when I was playing one of my games and I was locked out of doing anything with the mouse for about 10 seconds, after-which it would resume functioning as normally. This happens at least every 5-10 minutes and it’s very annoying. I’ve never had this issue on my previous mouse which was a razer viper mini.

Did you get this resolved? I too am having that same exact issue on mine and have been for a few months. It doesnt happen every 5-10 minutes but more like every 10-20 minutes. It just freezes for a few seconds then starts working again on its own. It is rather annoying.
