Hello!
Recently I used my mouse very intesive and I saw that my dongle give me many crashes when I try to play games.
I unplug from USB, let 5-10 seconds and plug again and it works for 5-10 minutes again.
I saw some topics here with same problem and I want to know if I could replace it.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
