my razor kishi won’t connect to my iphone 14 pro max

It worked for a second and then I disconnected it and now it’s not responsive at all does anyone have this issue? (iPhone 14 pro max)

    @Razer.Aero ive literally done everything sometimes it will connect and sometimes it won’t. The serial number is *Removed from public view.

    @Razer.Aero when I connect it to my iPhone it won’t register at all that it’s connected my iPhone will say that it’s connected than I go into settings and it’s not
