my razor kraken v3 pro is not working after failing to update it

i was trying to update my razer kraken v3 pro headset and suddenly it failed to update and now even if i plug my headset dongle or manually connect headset via wire both does not work

also i did try reinstalling razer synaps and other apps too and still did not work after all

any idea how to fix this problem?
