Hello, I recently bought a Razer Blackwidow v4 x from Amazon, when it arrived I noticed that my right shift key does not light up when Razer Synapse 3 is open. That’s weird because when I close it the led works fine and shows all the colors in the basic lighting configuration. I also noticed that when I connect the keyboard to the software all my Razer peripherals keep loading and malfunctioning. I proceeded to swap the keyboard with a new one from Amazon, but it has the same problems… is there anyone that can help me? Thanks
