when i try to register my mouse it says invalid

my serial numper says its wrong it start with “IO”
+1Which mouse do you have exactly?
If you have Synapse 4: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4 then go to mouse tab and click on green (?) icon on the top right side to access “support” for your mouse - there you can just copy your S/N, no retyping needed.
