My Steam wont connect to Razer Cortex

I
I have tried to connect my steam account to Razer Cortex but it has been infinitely trying to connect with no progress being made, my steam account is fully public and I've tried re-installing cortex with nothing being changed. Can anyone help me try and fix this problem?
