The buttons already mapped with text function finely, but I cannot set any new text buttons. I tried with mapping the buttons for other functions and they work, only text function doesn’t work on them. Anyone knows how to fix it? I already tried factory reset

My Tartarus Pro text function does not work for newly mapped buttons
I am experiencing this as well.. Really inconvenient as I use these for work
I have the same problem here. Found that the only buttons that allow to effectively assign text are the arrow ones.
Can we get some sort of support team in on this, text functions work on keyboard but not on my tartarus. I need this for work functionality.
It stops working for me after updating Windows
I use tartarus for compiling some programs with Notepad++
After mapping all keys with the text function and linking the profile to the program on synapse however Tartarus does not work and
on notepad it keeps entering the matches that tartarus has by default.

I take it now that razer has our money and given us a none working product they are not doing anything to fix this? Guess they haven't changed in the past 13 years I have refused to buy anything from them and now the second product I have gotten from them since them they are still up to their old ways… this is really to bad. Ill have to make a video on them and me throwing the Tartarus pro I just got into the trash and exile them from my life again.
