my thx 7.1 code is not valid please prove new code

Upon checking the Razer BlackShark V2 X with a serial number that has already been registered to another account, I found that the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code has been claimed. Additionally, based on the proof of purchase you've attached to your account, the reseller from whom you purchased the device is not yet listed as an authorized reseller.
