I made a transaction in the amount of 50 dollars I was supposed to receive a code through which the transaction can be carried out. The payment was made but I did not receive the code, it appears on the website that the transaction is pending, what should I do?

I'm sorry you didn't receive the amount you reloaded to your Razer account. Unfortunately, I don't have much visibility into that part of the system. However, you can submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real time.
