Whenever i go to the app, it wont show the battery. Whenever i plug the mouse in wired, it works but the app says its disconnected and doesnt show it.

Can you download the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the issue.
