When I press on the W on my keyboard it doesn't function properly instead it activates a left click. I tried restarting it and it didn't work I need help with the keyboard.

Hi,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try reinstalling its drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work out, shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
