I've tried everything to get this wolverine v3 pro to charge but it won't do it. I'm frustrated and ready to return it.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Just a confirmation, have you tried a different cable? What about a different power outlet? Let me know via PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other options.
