Nabu Watch syncing failed / Razer Sila APP cannot connect to the server

Razer Nabu Watch
won't sync to my phone it shows up in bt but after I enter the 4 pin code it gives I get the synching error message
Many people are in the same situation as me

Razer Sila
The app shows that it cannot connect to the server.
reset sila and app download again as still same situation
someone are in the same situation as me

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message for both Sila and Nabu Watch? Save it via Google Drive, then send it to me via PM. Also, let's try to isolate Nabu Watch's issue by following the steps provided:

1. Restart your smartphone's Bluetooth. Remove the Nabu from the Nabu Utility app and re-connect.
2. Forget Nabu from your smartphone and re-find the device during the scan.

After trying each of the steps above, send a test notification to the Nabu (Device > Details > Send Test Notification) to see if notifications work.

If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your device. That way, I can take a closer look and look into possible solutions.
