Nabu X doesn’t turn on unless plugged in
Hello. It’s about my nabu x. It only works when it’s plugged in. I have tested out the notifications and vibrations, and everything works fine UNTIL it’s unplugged. Once it’s not connected to the charger, it doesn’t work and will disconnect from my phone.
Please help me. Thank you so much.

Hi there! Was this working properly before? Does it still hold any charge if you unplug it? When did this start to happen?
Sounds like the battery no longer holds a charge and needs to be replaced
My nabu x is new. This is my first time to use it. i thought battery is dead so I charged it all night but the next day that is still the case . It works fine when it’s plugged in to the charger but once it’s not connected to the charger, it will disconnect from my phone and i cannot use it anymore
