Nabu X not syncing with Android

I am going through the setup process with my Nabu X and a Pixel 5 XL. In the app, I'm trying to add the device and it goes through the process to where it needs to sync and keeps failing. I restarted bluetooth, force closed the app, and rebooted my phone. Any other suggestions here? Thanks in advance!
