Naga Epic Chroma's sensor

Hello there, Up until now everything has been great but since a few days the mouse's sensor has been going nuts. If i raise the mouse a bit the cursor jumps and right after it takes a few seconds to strat working again. the cursor freezes as well at random times and the mouse seems less responsive. i have not changed anything on the synapse 2.0, the surface where i place the mouse havent changed since i bought it. been playing the same game. it just started happening. i did some research and everybody says a recalibration would fix the problem but dor some reason this mouse doesnt support recalibration. -already tested with a dummy account -already tested on another computer (same problem) -already tried to reinstall synapse 2.0 (3.0 doesnt work since it considers this device a legacy).
