Naga Pro died/not turning on

So I've had my Naga pro for a little over 2 weeks, worked great until now, have tried to full charge, have tried to connect to different devices, have tried to get Synapse to recognise it, all not working. No lights, no nothing. Pretty unacceptable for such an expensive product to die like this. I use it on a MacBook but also doesnt work on my pc. Looked after it meticulously as well. How can I fix this???
