There was already a thread about it 2 years ago, but it was closed for some reason without any solutions or updates from the Razer team:

I’m having exactly the same issue as in the last comment. Bluetooth seem to work fine for the most part, but when the mouse is asleep, it won’t connect to bluetooth on awake, only 2.4 connection works. In order to “fix” that I need to:

  1. Switch to 2.4Ghz
  2. Go to bluetooth settings
  3. Remove Naga Pro
  4. Then add a bluetooth device
  5. Enter pairing by holding 2 DPI buttons and the middle mouse button for 3 seconds
  6. After that it works again

While simple enough, it’s quite annoying to be forced to do this several times a day. I would just keep using 2.4Ghz connection, but it has an even more annoying bug - it would disconnect randomly or on a schedule after around every 15 minutes or so, which leads to some epic fails in online shooters, to say the least. So bluetooth is my choice because it at least doesn’t do that.

Both issues are very well known, both issues are reported for years and from what I found it seems like at least the 2.4Ghz disconnects issue is still present on the new Naga Pro 2.

Does Razer care at all about the quality of their products? If so, why there’s no official reply on the issue? Knowing that it least is in their backlog would keep the hopes up and make me consider buying new products from them instead of switching to competitors.

And maybe at least there’s a better method to fix any of these issues?

Same issue here,.
On macOS, my Naga Pro reconnects over Bluetooth just fine, no problems at all. But on Windows, it's a nightmare. Even if I step away from my PC for just a few seconds and it goes to sleep, the mouse refuses to reconnect. I have to go into Bluetooth settings, remove the device, and re-pair it every time. Total waste of time.

I honestly don’t get how a mouse this expensive can still have such poor firmware and Bluetooth handling. And where is Razer support in all this? The other thread was posted two years ago and nothing has been done. No fix, no firmware update, not even an official response. Feels to me lol like we're all just stuck with a premium product that behaves like a cheap no name chinese mouse when it comes to basic bluetooth functionality. Totally unacceptable.

I have the same issue, but haven’t fixed it yet. I have found that most of the time if I just put the mouse in pairing mode, it will reconnect again without me having to remove it from Bluetooth devices in the settings. But then it’s flashing blue until I switch it off and back on again, so it trades one frustration for another. It’s hard to find a good MMO mouse anymore and I like having it and my Tartarus (also hard to find good keypads in that style, imo) in the same management software, but this is asinine.

Just bought Naga V2 Pro and so far it doesn’t seem to have this issue, but I still need to test it over longer sessions. So it could be hardware related, but also with the update I switched to Synapse 4, so maybe that’s what helped. Just to keep you updated, maybe try Synapse 4 too, if you haven’t already.
