Naga Pro worked fine with dongle, decided to do a factory reset of computer (MSI) and now the dongle is not showing on computer, Synapse, or the Razer pairing page. Mouse works fine wired. Works with bluetooth connect but when I turn mouse off it does not reconnect. I have to go through the whole pairing process again.
Question is what else should I try to get Dongle working.

Did not work. In Synapse When USB wired it sees the mouse, Just dongle nothing.
