When using Razer Synapse I am prompted to go to this url to download a tool to update the firmware on my mouse.
https://support.razer.com/razer-hyperspeed-multi-device-dongle-updater
On this page the download link (you guys really need to fix your buttons hard to select) directs me to https://rzr.to/eyaAA which then turns into "" and says "Hmm could not find that page"

No idea why it doesn't work for me. I've tried firefox, chrome, edge and even IE. same result
This either tells me the followings
I thought it was your browser that was playing, if you are a using either Apple or Windows, try create a new administrator account and see if the website plays better.
- Your Windows account is broken
- Your OS source files are broken

In the mean time, if you are after the firmware, try the following

Thanks for the suggestion man, I had been struggling with a bad windows install prior to attempting to download the firmware update. Just did another format and install and the link worked just fine.
oh so we can narrow the issue~~~
I can suggest some protection for your computer internet browsing
Whatever browser you are using, add in the following addons.
With these addons, my PC has been going smoothly for many years from safe browsing and some malware protection.

Thanks for creating this thread. And yes, the team has received the same reports from other users regarding our from our support website. It is not letting the user download the file and somehow directing it to a different site. Anyhow, the team is working on it.

Link doesn't work and they won't RMA anything without going through their KB steps, so we are stuck in a loop. Seems like it was designed so they don't have to RMA anything https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/.
