Helo  i went to update my Naga pro wireless  mouse with firmwareUpdater v2.02 using snapsis and now my mouse has stoped working. When in wirless mod it is stuck on the cyan profile and the light on it keeps blinking. Th mouse nolonger conects to the usb and trying to reconect  using the reconect software does not work. Sanapsis also no longer shows that i have a mouse. I am of a loss of what to do. I can not update or reset the mouse as it is not being detected tho my computer dectecs the usb fine. Mouse just no conecting to usb

 

Hi, this may not be much help, but it’s worth a try.

Did you try to uninstall the USB drivers from the mouse listing via the Device Manger? :

 

 

Also, it may be a good idea to go ahead and uninstall any Razer related software for good measure. In fact, go ahead and run a file cleaner and a registry cleaner as well to remove any unwanted debris from your system. Then SHUT DOWN your pc (don’t restart). Now, disconnect your mouse USB cable from your PC’s USB port. Power on your PC and wait until Windows fully boots up into your desktop environment (I’m assuming your using Windows?). Connect the NAGA Pro to its USB cable (non-wireless mode), and then connect it back into your USB port. If the mouse isn’t recognized, then swap USB ports. Try to use it as just a basic mouse first, then try later to reinstall the Septic (I mean Synapse) software.
