Naga Pro Side Button Illumination Problems

Hey all, I just brought a new Naga Pro and I am having an issue with the 12 button illumination. The 12 buttons work perfectly but they are not lighting up. Am I missing something? I have cleaned the contacts, updated the firmware and tried manually setting different colours and effects via Chroma with no luck. Chroma recognsies it as a lighting zone but no colour is coming out. Thanks!
