Naga pro - Synapse doesn't recognize 2.4 and wired mode

Good day, Just started my adevnture with Naga Pro but it seems like it's a wild start. Just updated the firmware of both dongle and mouse with latest version. The main issue is that Razer Synapse doesn't recognize either the 2.4 and wired mode. It works fine with bluetooth mode. Have anyone faced similar issue? How to fix it? Thanks in adivce!

Are there any changes applied to your system or Synapse before the issue? Did you try to reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0? Let's isolate the problem by following the steps provided by this link and let's see if it helps.
