I have tried countless fixes i could find none of which work. I cant seem to get my Naga pro to pair it always fails.

    Are you trying to connect your device through Bluetooth? If so, you can try the steps on this link. If the issue persists, please send me the serial number and a video of what happens when trying to pair the mouse with a computer. Consider this thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
