Naga Trinity 12-button panel lights not true color

I have a Naga Trinity with all the software and updates working. The lights on the wheel and logo work great. When I have the 7 button panel attached, the lights on the panel match the colors shown on the mouse itself. When I attach the 12 button panel, the red is red, but pretty much every other color doesn't match what it should be. The green shows as yellow. The blue shows as purple. Ect. Ect. With the 7 button attached, matches the mouse. With the 12 button attached, it is way different using the same color selections in the Chroma software. What could be the cause? And what could be the possible fix. Thanks.

Me too, the mouse works correctly but the chroma of the 12-button panel works badly, when I select to turn off all lighting, the panel turns red, and when I select blue the lighting, the panel is purple.

It is possible that some of the points of contacts aren't connected properly causing some sort of power delivery issue. Try cleaning them and test. If the problem persists, send me a PM so we can further isolate the issue.

That is the same EXACT problem that I'm having. I'm going to PM Razer.Caziel. If we come up with a solution, I'll be sure to send you a message to fill you in
