Naga Trinity buttons 1, 4, 7, 10 not working

Hello everyone. I have my naga for a while now, but to be honest i didnt used it that much, but today, i loged my pc and wanted to play something, but i noticed that my bottons 1, 4, 7 and 10 arent working, does any1 ever that this issue too? ty

    Does the issue happen when the Razer Synapse is running in the background? Go ahead and use a different side panel and check if the issue persists. If so, send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer Naga Trinity. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
