Naga Trinity not saving certain bindings on Synapse 3

Hello, I've just purchased a Naga Trinity (using the 12 button plate), and installed Synapse 3, however certain buttons just won't hold a save. Buttons 1 and 2 won't hold a saved key. I've reinstalled Synapse 3, drivers, and reset my computer multiple times. Changing the type of keystroke from Keyboard to Alphanumeric doesn't work either. It's not a keyboard issue, as my keyboard still types all keystrokes in a normal manner. My old Naga Epic still keeps the keystrokes on Synapse, so I think it's either some kind of software issue, or physically defective hardware on the Trinity No keystroke I input in anyway for those 2 buttons works. They won't even recognise their default keystrokes of 1 or 2. Pressing all other buttons on the side plate while typing this, shows them to work just fine in the keystrokes that appear in this window. Update: Button 7 is also not responding in the same way as 1 and 2.
