My synapse is updated...i didn't have an issue with switching profiles until i got the naga trinity...it was fine with my Naga Hex, this is very annoying.

      Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Have you tried replicating the issue by signing in as a guest user? Please delete the files inside path: C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restart Razer Synapse. Should the issue persists, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse with the registry delete by following the steps on this link. Else, send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
