Hey, I bought the Naga Trinity 2 weeks ago and straight out of the box the scroll wheel has been very stiff and clunky. Is it possibly a defective unit, or is this standard? If it's defective, what are my options? Thanks

    That should be the case. If you can, please send me a short video clip showing the issue for further review. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me a copy of its proof of purchase via PM. I can use that to verify its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
