Naga trinity: Side pannel types numbers instead of assigned keybinds
While the Razer software is active, on my new PC the extra buttons do not seem to work properly.
So if I press the number 2 button which as the G keystroke assigned, I will get the number 2 typed instead of G.
On the other hand if I exit all the Razer apps and the mouse begins to work with the onboard memory, I get the correct keystrokes.
I know that even when I get the numbers instead of the keystrokes that I have assigned that I am using the correct profile based on the RGB color assigned to the profile.
Could anyone please help me find how to fix this so that I will not have to shut down the Razer software before playing?

octapusxftPlease reset the mouse using the Razer Synapse settings. Also, please replicate the issue by signing out from your account, then signing back in as a guest user.
