[Naga Trinity] Synapse thinks my Naga's 12 button panel is the 2 button panel

Hey there! I just picked up a new Naga Trinity, but I'm having an issue. I was previously using an RGB Deathadder with the old version of Synapse. I downloaded Synapse 3 no problem, and it detects the Naga just fine. My issue is that Synapse only detects the Naga as having the 2 button sideplate installed, regardless of which one is actually on the mouse. I've tried swapping each plate on and off, restarting & reinstalling Synapse, as well as restarting my computer to no avail. I also tried the mouse on a different computer and the same issue occurs. When on the customize page where it shows the layouts of each sideplate, the two button plate is checked/showing as active, although I have the 12 button plate installed on the mouse. If I remove a plate, none of them are checked, as expected, but once I reinstall the 12 button plate (or any other), it goes back to showing only the 2 button plate as being checked / active. This also causes things like Chroma Studio to think the 2 button plate is installed, so there's no way to customize lighting on the 12 button plate unless I use one of the default lighting options that automatically change everything. The lights on the 12 button side panel do work if I select one of the default lighting options, and buttons #9 & #12 act as Mouse Button 4 & 5 (Like the 2 button panel would). None of the other 10 side panel buttons appear to work properly though (I'm assuming because Synapse thinks that only 2 of the buttons are active, which would naturally be Mouse 4 & Mouse 5 anyway). I appreciate any help, and thanks for reading! Cheers :)

I would try to reinstall the mouse drivers, but this is highly likely a contact issue. If the problem persists, you may have to get it replaced. Do shoot me a PM should you need further assistance.
