Just got a NAGA v2 Hyperspeed that i just got as a gift and having issue.
Current having same issues when using either blue tooth mode or wireless mode.
Whenever im playing a game like rocket league or spelunky 2 ( Game in which i play on controller or just the keyboard) I start getting issue at the 2 min mark or 5 min mark - depending on what i set the power saving mode too.
This issue does not continue if i turn the mouse off or used a different mouse.
Firmware is update
Troubleshooting step taken so far
- Installing syn 4 (did nothing)
- when i had syn 4 i try different time for when the mouse will go to power saving and the issue happen right when the mouse should be going to power saving .
- uninstalling syn 4 (did nothing)
- used a different mouse no issues
