Naga V2 Pro Macros not Saving to Onboard Profiles | Razer Insider

Similar problem as this thread :

I’m on Windows 10, and single keybinds save to profiles just fine. I’m using firmware version 1.1.0.0 and version 3.8.731.72514 of Synapse updated just a few days ago on 8/18/23. It only has to be as complex as “Ctl+PgUp” or “Alt+Left_Arrow” for this to not save. I’m not doing super long macros. Just little things for navigating in a browser. It works fine if Synapse is open, but immediately stops working as soon as the app is closed. I could understand this being the case for the cheaper Hyperspeed, but the Naga V2 Pro is supposed to come with these features working. The weird thing is this ONLY affects the macros, and nothing else. I’ve seen similar threads open for over 2 years now, with it sometimes working and sometimes not for various users. I’m dreading how long this will take to fix. My initial Amazon review was moderately praiseworthy, but I may have to alter it if this doesn’t get fixed within the next month or so. I understand reloading profiles into Synapse is a workaround, but this shouldn’t have to be done, especially after 2 years. It’s a shame because the hardware is genuinely nicer than the competition, but the firmware is just amateurish at best.

I have the same problem, also with the macro incliuding Win button (e.g. Win + D). It works OK when Synapse is on but as soon as I turn Synapse off I can’t play macros which have the Win button from the ombpard memory

Same problem here. Not only do my macros and keyboards not save to onboard memory when synapse closes, my macros are also DELETED every time I close and re-open synapse.

Is this issue resolved yet ?

I’m thinking of buying this Naga V2 Pro, but want to make sure if the software is smoothly running.

Especially i want to reconfigure and remap key this V2 mouse on the different laptop with latest synapse installed, then i want to use this mouse on my real gaming setup without the synapse installed.
