I just got the Naga V3 Pro and Hyperflux V2 Hard edition and when setting them up everything seems to be working but the Chroma color on the mouse. Not sure what's wrong looking for help as the mouse is lighting up but its a faint color not the one I am setting in Chroma.

I have found synapse is only applying 33% brightness to this mouse. As I reverse engineered the protocol on this device I had the same issue. Looked back at my usb capture and sure enough even though I made sure it was set to 100% it was in fact only 33% brightness.

I just skipped it and forced 100% based on other devices and I am all good.

Only at Razer. 😆

i’m having this issue too. I adjusted the settings in “lighting” in different ways but it made no difference. Not sure if it makes any difference but i’m using the cloth edition.

Looks like it is not officially supported yet. I can run Naga v3 pro through hyperpolling dongle and assign battery optimization to any mouse that can use a puck. You might want to report this.
