Hey, i was wondering if the problem with connecting of the nanoleafs is fixed yet? Ty for any replys

Hi LenTex! Our devs are still working on this issue. I don't have an ETA when will be an official fix be generated but the Razer will ensure to include it in our future Synapse updates for faster dissemination of information.

Hello sorry that i didnt reply for a long time. I have a new pc along with my blade 15 and the nanoleaf module on my pc works without a problem but the synapse keeps crashing on my blade 15 2021. The pc is a: Ryzen 7 3700x 16gb of ram Asus B550 Asus TUF 3090 if that matters. I thought it was a core utilization problem at first on my blade but my pc has the same amount of cores and doesnt have it. Please contact me again if i can help you guys in any way. It would be great if that would work per mail but razer insider is also no problem for me. Email:slightly_sad:*Removed for security purposes)

And another thing, idk if this is just a mistype or something but on the razer website it says the balde 15 advanced i have supports resizable bar but i cant enable it on my blade 15 advanced. Did i do something wrong or miss something please let me know!

Thanks for letting me know. Were you able to update your Razer Synapse 3.0? I've your last case number and saw that our Support Team sent you an email with instructions. However, there was no response from you after. Please gather your Synapse logs, then clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0. Also, can you send me the link or screenshot of the part where it mentions the Razer Blade 15's resizable bar?

I can send you the resizable bar first. The synapse crashes on my blade without the nanoleaf thing before it only crashed when the nanoleaf module was installed. i can send it to you tomorrow.You didnt hear back from me because i changed pc and had a bit of trubble with it sorry for that.

Thanks for the screenshot. And yes, all RTX 30 series support the resizable BAR. Please refer to the Razer Blade 15 Advanced model here. Ensure to update the RTX game-ready driver from NVIDIA's website. I'll lock this thread now. Let's continue our conversation via PM.
