Nari bass and surround sound isn't working properly

I got my Nari headset a while ago and it didn't have any bass whatsoever, the THX Spatial also hasn't seemed to work. I tried to fix it through Synapse and Windows Settings and I got Windows Sonic to work, but there was this weird crackling sound every now and then and the bass made everything else quiet. I found absolutely nothing for THX Spatial for some reason. It really screws with the quality so any help fixing it would be appreciated.
