Nari Disconnecting and Reconnecting

I've had my Nari for a few months now and it been beeping constantly. Disconnecting and reconnecting during game play.
I've tried moving the dongle to the front of my PC. Downloading and trying the dongle pairing app. Plugging the headset into a wall charger USB. Plugging the headset into the computer USB. ANd any other forum and suggestions mentioned here.
Does anyone have a fix? I've searched online and can't find anyone who's been able to fix this.
Thinking about switching to Corsair or Logitech, have never had problems like this with them.

I have the same problem with my Nari Essential. Supper annoying and does not seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. Seems like it is getting worse for me.

I'm currently having the same issues with Razor Kitty. tried resetting all apps and reinstalling the device, won't change.
Same, must change usb ports after a while or remove hardware under settings. Is there any solution to this?
I have the wireless Nari headset and it is awful.
Was really excited to use this and set it up and half was in synapse it beeps twice and my audio cuts out. Not only my audio but then my other razer products are blinking.
While i was typing this it disconnected 6 times. :)

I have he same disconnect reconnect, changing profile, turning THX on off randomly iaauw. This synapse is a disaster, the headset works like a charm without it, but then you can't use 90% of the services it comes with.
Razer "technical" support knowledge ends at "have you tried turning off and on? Try reinstll"
Razer: Can you just simply develop a working app, and stop synapse to try being so smart and ruin all gaming experience?

I have solved this its so stupid I have a Razer Nari Ultimate which connected and disconnected its due to interference of usb devices in both the rear and front ports. I got a 2 meter USB 3 extension used one of my usb 3.1 port with this cable and had the dongle connected to it away from my other usb devices and pc tower. Is taped to my wall practically. No issues ever since I done this.
Shadow8697HOLY**** I just used my USB extension cable and taped to the wall faaaar away from any other USB devices and it stopped disconnecting....This is fkin ridiculous. They provide a tiny dingle which apparently interfere the USB devices which BTW have no radio/bluetooth so i am not sure why they are interfere with the Razer dongle?? Edit: Thank you for the suggestion, i would have never thought about this!

JADEVividVioletfirst308i acutally had bought this https://www.ebay.com/itm/284154590898?hash=item4228eef6b2:g:5AoAAOSw6hhgCEPi in hopes of getting better range (oml the range on the nari essentials is abyssmal vs my 6+ year old turtle beach px3) . as a test i took the advice of getting it as far away as possible from the pc and other usb ports. so far it seems to have helped a bit. before reading this i had about 3 disconnects just finding this topic, i saw this and attached my cable extender above and since then its not disconnected (knock on wood)

Shadow8697FFS I spent 200$ on this headset and I need a stupid usb extension to get it to not disconnect. it works but it shouldn't have to come to this kind of nonsense. maybe there is a more stable usb dongle available to buy? I know there is a replacement you can purchase through the razer online shop.
